We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, please contact us using the chat button on our website. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
